Yes. Regardless of vaccination status, we do require masks. Although our staff isn’t wearing them in the warehouse. Please understand we have formed our own “Pod/Bubble.” We are very cautious in our interactions as well. Our warehouse is sweltering inside to wear the masks all day long. We also have immune suppressed and high-risk family members. If we are coming in close contact with you, we will “mask up” as well. So please be kind and wear the mask.
Thanks for your understanding.
Walk-ins are discouraged during the covid19 era. We continue to monitor our workloads. We can make same-day appointments for oil change services, maintenance services, brakes, tune-ups etc. We classify these in that category. Other types of repairs may require more technical diagnostic time and therefore should be arranged ahead of time.
We apologize that we are not open on the weekends. Although you may not see it in our operating hours are listed. Many times our staff come in earlier to get the workload complete as fast and efficiently as possible. Our team utilizes their weekend to spend with their families.
After traveling to Spain one summer and experiencing "siesta" at noon, many businesses closing for that made us review our operating hour's policy. We often found ourselves NEVER having lunch. We'd have a cold meal that we didn't have time to have. So our staff knows that they have 12-1 pm to get nourishment, run an errand or relax. We often leave later as clients may be picking up their car, so we go to lunch when we are finished. Often we get 30 minutes for lunch, but 30 minutes is better than 0.
Tony and his crew are ALWAYS excellent. Been using them for years.
